Why owning the rigs matters
The loop is forever. The subcontractor is not.
The buried loop is the half of the system nobody ever sees again, and it will outlive the house. Companies that subcontract the drilling are trusting their most permanent work to whoever was available that week.
Our well drilling and ground loop teams have installed over one million miles of loop pipe, and they are on our payroll. When the driller and the designer share a lunchroom, the loop matches the design.

Unit set, ductwork tied in, system commissioned, and the paperwork for every incentive filed. 2 to 3 days.
What we install
WaterFurnace, sized by math, not by habit
As a GeoPro Master Dealer we install the full WaterFurnace line, from the value-tier 3 Series to the variable-capacity 7 Series. The right unit is whatever the load calculation says, which is why the proposal quotes a model and a fixed price, not a range.
Every incentive, federal or state, is filed as part of the job. Maryland owners: the grant, the sales-tax exemption, and the REC registration are on us.
