What the tier gets you
A direct line to the factory
GeoPro dealers work with a dedicated WaterFurnace territory manager: a direct factory relationship instead of a distributor queue. When a part, a firmware quirk, or a warranty question comes up, the answer comes from the source.
For you that translates to faster parts, current training on every unit we quote, and a manufacturer that stands behind the install because it audited the installer.
How dealers are graded
Three categories, re-earned constantly
Experience
Star ratings track years of geothermal installs; five stars means five or more years in the ground. Our crews have been drilling and installing for over 25.
Training
WaterFurnace factory classes plus IGSHPA certification, with someone on staff trained within the last 24 months. The refrigerant and controls change; the badge forces you to keep up.
Volume
Sales volume proves the operation is real: crews busy year-round, parts on the shelf, and a factory territory manager who knows us by name.
The categories WaterFurnace audits are the same ones we would tell you to check on any contractor: how long they have done it, how current their training is, and whether they do it every week or twice a year.
